Dossier Turchia

Discutere di Turchia in questa estate 2016 significa parlare di colpo di stato. Benché quando qui allegato sia un dossier Turchia orientato agli aspetti economici, non si può non analizzare il quadro politico. Anche perchè, dalla caduta del muro di Berlino, ci si è illusi che l’economia sia una realtà a se stante. Non è così. L’economia fa parte della politica. Ne consegue che analizzare la Turchia significa studiarne le proiezioni politiche.

Il punto di vista di questo studio (non del dossier) vorrebbe analizzare aspetti noti a tutti, ma non discussi. C’è come una sorta di ritegno nel NON analizzare la reale condizione politica nazionale. Perchè? OGGETTIVAMENTE C’E’ UNA SIMILITUDINE TRA IL COLPO DI STATO TURCO (finto) E QUELLO ITALIANO (vero).

Il colpo di stato è quel filo conduttore che unisce l’Italia alla Turchia. Vediamo il perchè.

In Italia la Costituzione consente, in caso d’emergenza, d’affidare la guida del governo a una personalità di spicco.

Spesso la classe politica non sa esprimere uno statista adeguato.

E’ quindi responsabilità del Capo dello Stato individuare quell’alto profilo.

Come noto il precedente Presidente della Repubblica, On. Giorgio Napolitano, ha individuato nel segretario di un partito questa mente eccelsa.

Cos’abbia spinto un capo di Stato, verso un solo segretario di partito, non è stato capito.

Il colpo di stato italiano nasce dalla trasformazione dell’emergenza in prassi di governo.

Parliamo di Turchia.

La Turchia, quella che ambiva ad entrare nella Ue restando una dittatura.

E’ sintomatico come il Renzi esulti al fallimento dell’ultimo colpo di stato turco. Confondersi è il destino dei dittatori.

In Turchia gli eventi portano all’islamismo. In Italia il colpo di stato porta gli elettori al disimpegno.
